An exhibition of Ukrainian children’s drawings “Children Drawing Hope” was held in Seoul

The idea of realizing this project was born during President Yoon Suk Yeol and the First Lady of the Republic of Korea’s visit to Kyiv in July 2023. Over 250 works from four art projects, “Art Armor Kids,” “Mom, I See War,” “For God I Create the Best,” and “Future for Ukraine,” were showcased in Seoul.
Guests had the opportunity to witness the realities of life for Ukrainians who face daily threats and the consequences of Russian aggression. According to Olena Zelenska, despite the often dramatic circumstances under which the children created their drawings, the main emotion conveyed is hope.
The exhibition became possible thanks to the support of the first ladies of the two countries, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea, Cheong Wa Dae Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
