        Olena Zelenska became the first lady of Ukraine in 2019. During her time in this role, she founded:
        - The Olena Zelenska Foundation, a charitable foundation that focuses on medicine, education and humanitarian aid.

        She initiated the creation of:
        - The Barrier-Free Council, a temporary advisory body to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to create an inclusive environment.
        - The Kyiv Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, which later transformed into the Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen Global Platform.
        - The All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program 'How are U?'.

        Olena Zelenska deals with issues of inclusiveness, mental and physical health. She initiates the introduction of Ukrainian-language audio guides in museums worldwide and the creation of Ukrainian bookshelves abroad. She became the first foreign First Lady to address the US Congress.

        Anna Hakobyan is the director of the "My Step" foundation, which mission is to invest in human potential as the country's main resource.

        In 2023, she donated more than a thousand smartphones, tablets, and laptops to Ukrainian schools as part of Armenia's first humanitarian aid since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine.

        During the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, she was on the front lines and founded The Erato Detachment, the first women's military unit in the Armed Forces of Armenia.

        She is the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Haykakan Zhamanak."

        Anna Hakobyan is also involved in issues related to combating childhood cancer.

        - Conducting a survey among women to better understand current perceptions of cervical cancer screening in Belize.
        - Delivering a speech at the 2024 Women's Support Forum, organised by the Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry in conjunction with the Development Corporation.
        - Participating in a support session for girl students of the ANRI (Agriculture and Natural Resources Institute) high school community in Belize.

        Mrs Rossana is also the Chair of the CARICOM (SCLAN) Spouses Action Network — a group focusing on human development and social issues in the Caribbean community.

        Philippa Karsera Christodoulides is the First Lady of Cyprus and a diplomat.

        She worked at the High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus in the United Kingdom, at the Embassy in Athens, and at the Permanent Representation of Cyprus in Brussels during Cyprus's first presidency of the EU Council.

        Among them is the Eva Pavlová Foundation.

        The First Lady of the Czech Republic places significant emphasis on combating gender inequality, assisting women, and promoting initiatives aimed at supporting and improving the social standards of the population. In her speeches, she has repeatedly expressed her support for Ukraine in its fight against Russia.

        She participated in the third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen.

        Spouse of the Prime Minister of Denmark, Danish screenwriter, cinematographer and director

        Bo Tengberg has been the partner of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Denmark since 2019.

        He is a well-known Danish screenwriter, cinematographer and director, who works on issues of art and mental health.

        Mr Tengberg attended the Third and Fourth Summits of First Ladies and Gentlemen, took part in the #SoftPowerforMentalHealth communication campaign for Mental Health Awareness Month, and the online meeting of First Ladies and Gentlemen to mark the transformation of the annual Summits into a Global Platform.

        Mr Tengberg does not maintain a social media presence.

        Mrs de Lasso actively participated in her husband's political activities and paid attention to domestic and foreign policy.         Spouse of the President of the Republic of Estonia

        Sirje Karis is the First Lady of Estonia since 2021, and also a historian.

        Sirje Karis participated in the Third and Fourth Summits of First Ladies and Gentlemen. Mrs Karis also made a speech at the 'Securing the future for children: addressing new challenges for soft power' event on the margins of the Summit of the Future in 2024.

        She graduated as a historian from the University of Tartu and attended the master's program in cultural organisation. From 2006 to 2018, Sirje Karis was the director of the Estonian History Museum and from 2018 to 2022, the director of the Tartu City Museum. Sirje Karis is the chairperson of the council of the Estonian National Museum and a member of the Estonian Museum Association and the Estonian National Committee of ICOM (the International Council of Museums).

        As First Lady, she stands for the mental health and well-being of children and young people. Sirje Karis is a patron of the SOS Children’s Village, the University of Tartu foundation, the Maternity Hospital Fund and the development of children and young talent.

        As the First Lady, Mrs Innes-Stubb often accompanies her husband, President of Finland Alexander Stubb, on foreign trips.         First Lady of the French Republic

        Brigitte Macron is actively involved in addressing education and health issues.

        In 2018, she initiated the LIVE program – a project that supports and trains young adults over the age of 25 who are neither in employment nor training.

        Since 2019, she has been the chair of the Hospitals of Paris-Hospitals of France Foundation, which works to improve the daily lives of patients, carers, and healthcare personnel.

        Mrs Macron has supported Ukraine since the first days of the full-scale invasion. She took part in the ‘Life Flight’ programme aimed at evacuating child cancer patients to safe countries for further treatment.

        As First Lady, Mrs Peinado has strongly emphasised working with vulnerable groups. She has worked to expand women's economic, social and business opportunities, promote better access to education for young people, and advocate for inclusive education for children with special needs.

        Her activities cover the physical and mental health of Guatemalan citizens, especially children and the elderly. The First Lady also works with foreign partners to improve healthcare in Guatemala in general.

        Mrs Peinado participated in the Fourth Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, as well as made a speech at the 'Securing the future for children: addressing new challenges for soft power' event on the margins of the Summit of the Future.

        Eliza Reid became the First Lady of Iceland in 2016. During her tenure, she founded:

        As the wife of the Prime Minister, Sarah Netanyahu is actively involved in public life. She supports charitable initiatives and accompanies her husband on official visits, where she participates in diplomatic events and cultural exchanges.

        Mrs Netanyahu actively cooperates with other First Ladies, participates in international summits and charity events aimed at improving social policy and protecting vulnerable groups.

        First Lady of Israel

        Michal Herzog became the First Lady of Israel in July 2021, when her husband, Isaac Herzog, was elected president. She is a lawyer by training and has worked for many years in the private sector and practiced law.

        Mrs Herzog is a strong supporter of social initiatives, especially in the area of mental health. As First Lady, she is focused on combating the stigma of mental illness and raising awareness of these issues. Mrs Herzog emphasises the importance of open dialogue and support for people facing such difficulties.

        She also promotes cooperation between different sectors - government, business and civil society - and is actively involved in Israeli public life.

        Michal Herzog has participated in the first three Summits of First Ladies and Gentlemen and is actively involved in other initiatives of the Summit's Global Platform. In addition, Mrs Herzog sent a video message to the participants of the Fourth Summit.

        First Lady of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (2018 — 2024)

        Mrs Alvi was the First Lady of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan from 2018 to 2024. She is a philanthropist and an active social worker on various issues, including public health and education. She pays special attention to school inclusion for children with different needs and abilities.

        Samina Alvi participated in the Third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen.

        She founded Sophie of Liechtenstein Foundation for Woman and Child and a pregnancy counseling service "schwanger.li".

        Since 2015 Hereditary Princess has served as a president of the Liechtenstein Red Cross. Also, she supports Caritas Liechtenstein.

        In September 2022, Sophie became the patron of the Heilpädagogische Zentrum in Liechtenstein (Special Education Center in Liechtenstein).

        First Lady of the Republic of Lithuania

        Diana Nausėdienė became the First Lady of Lithuania in 2019. Her activities focus on supporting children and promoting health and well-being.

        She participated in each Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen.

        In July 2022, Mrs Nausėdienė and Andra Levite, the First Lady of Latvia, visited Bucha and Irpin and laid flowers at the mass graves of Ukrainian civilians killed by Russian soldiers.

        In 2023, she visited a modular town in Borodianka, Kyiv region, established with the support of the Lithuanian government for citizens who lost their homes due to Russian aggression.

        Together with the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, she initiated the creation of the Ukrainian Centre in Vilnius to support the cultural, educational, and community interests of Ukrainians in Lithuania.

        During her tenure as First Lady, Elizabeta Georgievska has participated in many events aimed at helping children and families, women's empowerment, and cultural development, and supported the #RetvitniObrok initiative, which provides assistance to people in difficult circumstances.

        Ms Georgievska attended the second and third Summits of First Ladies and Gentlemen and participated in the mental health awareness campaign #SoftPowerforMentalHealth.

        Crown Princess has been actively involved in HIV/AIDS-related work.

        In 2016, she was recognized as a Leading Global Thinker by Foreign Policy Magazine.

        Sheikha of Qatar

        Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser is a prominent public figure in Qatar. She is the founder and chairwoman of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, which aims to develop innovative educational initiatives in Qatar.

        Sheikha Moza actively supports the rights of women and children, advocating for them through global initiatives such as Education Above All. She initiated the establishment of the Sidra Medical and Research Center, which specialises in women's and children's health and promotes cutting-edge medical research in the region.

        On the international stage, Her Highness Sheikha Moza is actively engaged with the United Nations, particularly in supporting global education and development for marginalised children and youth. She is also involved in a number of other UN projects.

        Mrs Camargo is an architect. She is passionate about environmental protection, including the use of renewable energy sources. As First Lady, Mrs Camargo was involved in developing Costa Rica's trade, infrastructure, architecture and innovation.

        Claudia Vanessa Dobles Camargo participated in the First Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen.

        In July 2022, Mrs Levite and Diana Nausėdienė, the First Lady of Lithuania, visited Bucha and Irpin and laid flowers at the mass graves of Ukrainian civilians killed by Russian soldiers.

        Daughter of the former President of the Lebanese Republic (2016–2022), Michel Aoun.

        Claudine Aoun is an environmental activist. She works on issues such as the protection of migratory birds, as well as preserving the environment and ensuring its cleanliness. Ms Aoun is committed to the rights of women and children and the protection of victims of domestic violence.

        She was a participant in the First Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen.

        Spouse of the President of the Republic of Serbia

        Tamara Vučić became the First Lady of Serbia in 2017. She actively supports and participates in initiatives aimed at helping children, researching rare diseases, and initiating various social projects.

        Some of her initiatives include:
        - The 'National Childhood Development Campaign' aimed at improving the quality of education and childcare in early childhood in Serbia.
        - 'Let's Talk About It' is a campaign to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma.

        Juraj Rizman became the First Gentleman of Slovakia in 2019. His contribution to Slovak society is multifaceted, encompassing environmental protection, civic engagement, and expertise in communications.

        Activities:
        - Promotes the concept of sustainable development in Slovakia.
        - Addresses a wide range of issues of concern to Slovak society.

      • Aleš Musar

        Spouse of the President of the Republic of Slovenia

        Dr. Aleš Musar became the First Gentleman of Slovenia in 2022. Aleš Musar's activities focus on the restoration of cultural and national heritage and the development of medicine and social structures.

        Mr Musar participated in a panel discussion at the Global Soft Power Summit 2024, discussing the role of countries' soft power in the world alongside Olena Zelenska, the First Lady of Ukraine, and Eliza Jean Reid, the First Lady of Iceland.

        As First Lady, Mrs Clinton was concerned with public health, healthcare reform, gender equality and child welfare. She actively promoted the creation of the State Children's Health Insurance Program, the Adoption and Safe Families Act, and the Foster Care Independence Act.

        During her tenure as First Lady, Mrs Clinton visited 79 countries.

        In 2021, she attended the First Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen.
