8. CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS FOR PERSONAL DATA
8.1. You have the right to obtain any information about yourself from any data controller, provided that you provide your full name, address, and details of a valid identification document. This right is subject to exceptions provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. Third-party access to personal data is determined by the terms of the User’s consent given to the Administrator for the processing of such data, or in accordance with the provisions of the law.
8.3. You have the right to access your personal data free of charge. We will provide this access without undue delay. A delay in granting third-party access to personal data is only permissible if the requested data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of the request. The total timeframe for addressing the issues raised in a request cannot exceed forty-five calendar days.
8.4. Any delay in providing access will be communicated in writing to the requester, along with information on how to appeal this decision.
8.5. Access to personal data may be denied in accordance with Ukrainian law, such as when prohibited by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
8.6. Decisions to delay or deny access may be appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Supreme Council of Ukraine or to a court.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AS A USER (SUBJECT OF THE PERSONAL DATA)
9.1. As a User (subject of the personal data), you have the right to:
- know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
- safeguard your rights against automated decision-making that have legal consequences;
- receive information about the conditions under which your personal data is accessed, including details of any third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
- access your personal data;
- know if we are processing your personal data. We will confirm this within 30 calendar days of your request, except as provided by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, and also to obtain the content of such data;
- know the sources of collection, the storage place of your personal data, the purpose of its processing, the location of the Administrator, or give the appropriate instructions for obtaining this information to authorized persons, except as provided by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”;
- submit a reasoned request to the Administrator to stop the processing of your personal data;
- submit a reasoned request to the Administrator to change or destroy your personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision or untimely provision, as well as from the provision of information that is inaccurate or undermines your honor, dignity, and business reputation;
- file complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Supreme Council of Ukraine or to a court;
- use legal remedies in case of violation of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data;
- make reservations to restrict the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
10. COOKIES
10.1. Our website uses “cookies”. A “cookie” is a file containing an identifier (a string of characters) that a web server sends to a web browser and that the browser stores. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. “Cookies” can be persistent or session-based: a persistent “cookie” will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiration date, unless you delete it earlier; a session-based “cookie”, on the other hand, expires at the end of your browsing session when you close your web browser. “Cookies” do not typically contain any information that personally identifies you, but may link information stored in “cookies” to personal data you provide
10.2. Below is a list of the “cookies” we use on our website and their purposes.
