Conference on Mental Health in Belgrade in cooperation with the Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen Global Platform

Belgrade conference continues themes raised at Third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen
At the conference 'Together for Mental Health', initiated by the First Lady of Serbia Tamara Vučić, participants addressed the issues of mental health of children and youth, mental well-being in a post-conflict environment and after military conflicts.
The First Ladies and Gentlemen of several countries attended the conference. Elizabeta Gjorgievska, First Lady of North Macedonia (2019-2024), Linda Rama, wife of the Prime Minister of Albania, and Aleš Musar, First Gentleman of Slovenia, recorded a video message in which they spoke about the relevance of mental health from their perspectives. Mrs Vučić took part in the discussion panel' Mental Health of Children and Adolescents — Investing in Our Future', and the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, took part in the panel 'Mental Health in a Post-Conflict Environment'.
During the event, analytics from international research on mental health from 11 nations around the globe were presented. Alligator Digital gathered relevant information for the Summit’s Global Platform on mental health as a challenge of our time, as well as data on the impact of military conflicts on it and the mental well-being of young people.
For us, the Conference on mental health was an opportunity to emphasise the relevance of this topic and the importance of cooperation between soft power actors from different countries.
